Kirk & Kirk CPAs, PC is an accounting firm based in Woburn, MA specializing in
assisting closely-held business owners and individuals in their financial and
tax needs. Our affiliation with a financial planning firm and a mortgage company
help us to give our clients access to a full range of financial services.
Company Profile
Kirk & Kirk CPAs, PC was founded in 1992 by brothers Edward & Fred Kirk.
From their previous experiences in other firms, they realized that most smaller
businesses didn’t get the attention they needed from their accounting firms. By
offering the services that our clients needed on a fixed fee basis, our Firm
quickly grew to over 120 clients in our first year and continues to grow. We
currently assist our clients in the following areas:
- Accounting, Consulting, & Tax Services for Businesses & Individuals
- Financial Planning & Mortgage Services
Individual Income Tax Returns are handled using a flat-rate system. By
eliminating hourly fees, we give our clients the opportunity to have their needs
addressed without having to worry about additional charges. We are also
available to our clients all year, ensuring prompt attention to their needs.
